there was a general call from contractors and tradesmen in the southeast Idaho area for design and engineering services. This would add customization, flexibility and allow for greater affordability in the industry.

Ray McDougal, P.E., opened the doors to South Fork Design, a firm specifically to meet this need. Contractors and homeowners now had a way to speak with professionals and receive advice without paying a premium.

We’ve had a great response from our clients in Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. Much of our work has been in the beautiful Island Park area near Yellowstone National Park. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to produce quality plans that save clients time and money.
